The Caliber Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Account Director to provide brand marketing and advertising account planning and management services. The ideal candidate is a proven and respected leader, entrepreneurial, driven and a team player.
The Caliber Group, based in Tucson, AZ, is a fast-growing brand marketing and public relations firm with approximately 15 employees who represent leading companies in Arizona and the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
The Account Director will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing multiple client marketing, advertising and branding campaigns as well as supervising team members, vendors and resources. This individual also will help recruit and train team members to implement new programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, creative, results-driven environment.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Minimum 10 years experience managing clients, departments, teams and resources
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing programs
- Outstanding team leadership skills including an empowering, engaging and collaborative management style
- Ability to anticipate and sell innovative solutions to decision-makers
- Ability to embrace and represent agency values, including quality service and ROI
- The drive to manage profitable Marketing accounts
- Strong copywriting and/or editing skills
- Experience in real estate development marketing preferred
